Marera Property Management has acquired the company GP Nikolic from Kraljevo, an expert in the field of structural construction with over 30 years experience in infrastructural, industrial and commercial engineering. Their successful track record includes 250 projects and 340,000 m2 of properties across Serbia.
As a member of Marera Property Management, GP Nikolic will benefit from financial and operational stability, access to new projects, and business development investments. This partnership will allow Marera Property Management to form a new division within the company, under the name Marera Construction.
This acquisition will bolster Marera Property Managements’ existing service portfolio in construction project management, and increase their already proven expertise in the market. The integration of structural construction services will have a positive impact especially on the projects with prefabricated concrete elements with GP Nikolics’ long tradition in design and production of concrete constructions. Modernization of the manufacturing facility in Kraljevo will be coupled with the opening of a new facility in Novi Sad in the first half of 2021. Regional expansion in conjunction with services expansion will create key competitive advantage in futher implementation of projects in infrastructure and the rapidly expanding industrial sector.
